In order to successfully use of solar energy,the solar cell is invented by scientists.According to different use of materials of the solar cell,which can be divided into: silicon solar cell,compound solar cell,dye-sensitized solar cells and organic thin film solar cells.Crystalline silicon cell is the main product of the battery market,but because of the high cost of the production of crystalline silicon cells,flexible silicon cell technology has become one of the main methods to solve the problem of the high cost of the production.This paper through the combining of theoretical analysis and experimental to simulate the structure of high efficiency flexible crystalline silicon solar cell.The first part are the introduces of crystalline silicon and flexible crystalline silicon cells.The second part introduces the working principle of crystalline silicon cell and the calculation model of the theoretical simulation.The third part are the structure of flexible crystalline silicon cell and the structure parameters are optimized.The fourth part is the analysis of factors affecting the efficiency of flexible crystalline silicon cell.Firstly,the effect of donor and accept impurities for the decay of minority carry are discussed.Secondly,the effect of temperature field for photoelectric conversion efficiency of flexible crystalline silicon cell is calculated.The last is the absorption loss of back mirror of flexible crystal silicon solar cell,in this part the absorption loss of Ag back mirror of flat type and texture type cell are discussed.In the fifth part,the preparation of flexible silicon solar cell and the test of the intermediate parameters are summarized.The last part summarizes the contents of this paper and the prospect of future work.
