Now monocrystalline silicon solar cells have a high market share due to their high conversion efficiency,long service life and mature production technology.The conversion efficiency of industrialized monocrystalline silicon solar cells has been more than 20%.In this thesis,the quality and production of the gridline of industrial manufactured high efficiency silicon solar cells is studied.Firstly,conventional screen-printing and knot-free screen-printing are used in the screen-printing process of monocrystalline silicon solar cells production.The gridline produced by knot-free screen-printing is studied and compared with conventional screen-printing,the results of experiment show that the width of gridline produced by conventional screen-printing is 38.6μm,and the aspect ratio is 0.469;the width of gridline produced by knot-free screen-printing is 34.8μm,reduced by 9.8%,and the aspect ratio is 0.549,increased by 17%.The gridlines produced by knot-free screen-printing have smooth uniform and less expanded structure,compared with conventional screen-printing.Then we product monocrystalline silicon solar cells in different production line.Conventional screen-printing is used in one line and knot-free screen-printing is used in another.Test these solar cells and make statistics of their parameters.We can found that the conversion efficiency of solar cell produced by knot-free screen-printing increased by 0.1%.FF increased by 0.35%.Voc increased 0.001 V.Isc increased 8 mA.
