Non-asbestos gasket as a seal with its small pollution,less harm to the human body and other advantages,slowly replaced the position of asbestos gasket,used in all aspects of production and life.However,compared to asbestos gaskets,Non-asbestos gaskets have disadvantages in certain sealing properties.In order to make non-asbestos gasket with better mechanical properties and anti-aging properties,In this paper,the effects of two kinds of fillers on the properties of non-asbestos gaskets were analyzed by using nanometer titanium dioxide and expanded graphite as the key research objects.Taking into account the properties of non-asbestos gasket required and cost factors,based on the theory of packing,select the expansion graphite and nanometer titanium dioxide,combined with kaolin,french chalk and mica respectively,as a filler.In order to make nanometer titanium dioxide to obtain a good surface grafting coupling agent and has better dispersion,select nanometer titanium dioxide whose surface was treated with inorganic surface coating processing.Based on the uniform design table and the range of packing materials of nanometer titanium dioxide and expanded graphite,design the U*9(94)uniform design table.The regression equation was established by the compression spring back performance,tensile property and creep relaxation performance of the gasket,the regression equation was found to be significant by the test.Through the analysis of regression equation and performance test value,we found that expanded graphite and titanium dioxide have a significant effect on the compression resilience of the gasket,the compression resilience has a certain degree of improvement.Nanometer titanium dioxide makes the tensile properties of gaskets better than those with expanded graphite fillers by the modification of the traditional filler cationized.For the creep relaxation performance of the gasket,both nanometer titanium dioxide and expanded graphite have a significant effect on the improvement of the gasket performance.Considering the cost of the actual production and life,the new packing expanded graphite has more application prospects than the nanometer titanium dioxide.The experimental data has certain theoretical guidance for practical production.
