With the development of electronic and electronic technology,microprocessor and motor control technology,the exchange speed performance is increasing.To meet the requirements of high performance and energy saving,AC motor speed with its unique advantages,to replace the trend of DC speed.Asynchronous motor speed sensorless vector control(or field orientation control,FOC)technology as a modern AC drive control of a major research direction,has gradually become a hot research.This paper introduces the development of AC speed related technology and the current situation of AC speed at home and abroad.Based on the three-phase mathematical model of AC asynchronous motor,a simplified model of asynchronous motor in two-phase synchronous rotating coordinate system is obtained by using coordinate transformation theory.And the rotor flux observer is designed by using the method of rotor field orientation to realize the decoupling of the torque component and the excitation component of the asynchronous motor stator current.Modeled on the control strategy of DC motor,the speed and current double closed-loop control system of speed sensorless vector control algorithm is designed.And through modeling and simulation of MATLAB,the results verify the validity and rationality of the sensorless field oriented control based on the state equation direct synthesis method.According to the principle of asynchronous motor vector control,the design of AC speed control system hardware and software with TMS320F2812(32-bit fixed-point DSP chip)as the main controller is carried out.In the Altium Designer hardware design platform,I designed the main circuit(single-phase uncontrollable rectifier,filter,inverter),signal acquisition circuit(current acquisition,voltage acquisition,speed acquisition),drive circuit(DSP minimum system,PWM isolation),etc.In the CCS integrated development environment,the use of C language and IQmath programming,I developed control algorithm procedures(AD acquisition,PI regulator,coordinate transformation,SVPWM,rotor flux estimator,speed estimator),hardware protection procedures(IPM fault protection,overcurrent protection),communication procedures(keyboard operation,liquid crystal display).In order to achieve the flexibility of the control system,I used LabVIEW to write the host computer control program,so that the PC through the serial port to control the DSP,and the system running status displayed on the PC.At the end of this paper,the experimental results and waveform analysis of current closed-loop control of asynchronous motor are given.The experimental results verify the space vector PWM modulation algorithm,the current closed-loop control and the effectiveness and feasibility of the system design.It has laid the necessary foundation for the subsequent research and program development of motor control theory.
