Vector control is developed based on the idea that the controlling means of induction motor can be equivalent to the DC motor, The induction motor mathematic model that is high nonlinear and complex coupling can be separated by coordinate transformation theory, Stator current can be decomposed into excitation current component and the torque current component, Then the magnetic field and torque can be separately controlled by controlling the two current components like separately excited DC motor.It is adopted that indirection vector control system based on Space Vector PWM in this dissertation, and TMS320F2812 is used as control core. The transformation principle among three-phase static coordinate, two-phase static coordinate and rotational coordinate is illustrated in detail, Then the control equation and induction motor mathematic model are acquired, The principle of Space Vector PWM are also given, and then the Field Oriented Control system of induction motor Based on Rotor Magnetic Flux is designed.The system adopted modular design method. TMS320F2812 is used as the hardware core. The hardware includes main circuits, detection circuits and protective circuits. The software including main program and interrupt program is realized by C language in CCS3.1. The system emulate modulations are constituted on the Matlab/simulink base on vector control theory, because different PWM methods have an important effect On the performance for induction motor vector control system, Simulation models of induction motor vector control systems with space vector PWM method and current hysteresis tracking control method realized and compared in the dissertation, The simulation results prove that space vector PWM method adopted in the dissertationis very superiority. In the end the system hardware debug is carried, and the wave is recorded by oscilloscope, system operates very well and reaches the primal goals.
