With China's rapid economic development,the social production,people's life needs a large number of fossil fuel consumption,energy shortage and the increasingly serious problem of environmental pollution,which seriously restrict the further development of human economy and society.Solar energy as a clean and renewable energy,is the ideal alternative energy of fossil fuels.Photovoltaic power generation project,rational development and utilization of solar energy resources,is of great significance to improve the power supply structure in China's electric power system.This paper mainly focuses on the study of Shexian County 20 MW photovoltaic power generation projects.The first reference to a large number of domestic and foreign scholars on the photovoltaic project research results;the extensive collection of relevant information on the photovoltaic power generation project.Combined with the characteristics of Shexian County 20 MW photovoltaic power generation project from the technical scheme,economic benefit,social benefit and environment benefit four aspects supply 14 indicators was established and applied to Shexian County 20 MW photovoltaic power generation project evaluation index system,and these indexes are analyzed in detail,based on the discussion,and put forward a set of objects meta analytic hierarchy process extension model,the feasibility of the combination model of photovoltaic power generation projects in the area of evaluation,the feasibility of Shexian County 20 MW photovoltaic power plant power generation project is good "".According to the evaluation results show that the implementation of the project,the technology is advanced,while the implementation of the photovoltaic power generation project not only can bring huge economic benefits to the enterprise,also will promote the development of local economic development,promote social,and for environmental protection is a great advantage.The feasibility of the Shexian County 20 MW photovoltaic power generation project has a high.Finally,according to the evaluation results,and sums up some defects in Shexian County 20 MW photovoltaic power generation project may exist,and put forward some reasonable suggestions for the implementation of the project management.
