Therefore, this paper will to Hebei Zunhua ironworks town 20 mwp photovoltaic grid connected power generation projects as the background to carry on the appraisal of the comprehensive benefit, for the follow-up project construction.First of all, this paper systematic introduced research status of domestic and international photovoltaic power generation industry development, analysis and evaluation, discusses the theoretical basis of China's photovoltaic power generation project comprehensive benefit evaluation; secondly, it introduces the principle of the construction of the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system, combined with the actual situation of constructed Hebei Zunhua ironworks town 20 mwp photovoltaic grid connected power generation project comprehensive benefit evaluation index system, and the meaning of evaluation index and calculation method is introduced in detail.Again, according to the project operation data and power generation project amount calculated projects operating income and operating costs,based on substation project investment of capital construction funds and the financing related to the data analysis, calculation and sorting out the project's cash flow statement, statement of the total cost, profit and profit distribution statement and balance sheet, for the subsequent index analysis and provide data support, and makes a detailed calculation and analysis of the project economic benefit index, and industry benchmarks are compared and analyzed,According to the statistics of regional economic and social development of the project related data, social and economic benefits and environmental benefits are analyzed, such as the regional economic growth, the income level and the project brings to the influence of social environment and so on target, carries on the analysis to the solar cell module specifications affect solar power generation efficiency of solar cell array selection, mode selection, inverter the choice of PV system layout, energy saving technical measures of the project technical efficiency index; finally using the urstoff evaluation theory constructs an evaluation model of Zunhua ironworks town 20 MW comprehensive benefits, and has carried on the evaluation,finally obtains the evaluation results as well, and analyzed the evaluation results and provides some suggestions for the construction of the subsequent similar projects.
