In recent years,with the increasing consumption of fossil energy,the development of new energy resources to increase the process of energy utilization.The Department of energy mainly in the wind power generation and photo voltaic power generation,the wind power generation is particularly fast,from 2005 to 2010,in the past 5 years,the domestic wind power installed capacity has been doubled,by the end of 2010,China's wind power installed capacity of 41830 million thousand kilowatts to overtake the United States as the world's first wind power.Wind power is growing at the same time,the failure rate of wind turbine is also increasing.In order to improve the stability and efficiency of wind power generation,wind turbine bearings to ensure safe,efficient and reliable operation,the research and development of a complete set of wind turbine bearing fault diagnosis and early warning system has a very important significance.This paper first introduces the basic structure and working principle of the wind turbine.Then according to the bearing fault types of wind turbine is proposed through the analysis of the introduction of various types of bearing fault diagnosis and early warning method;principle,function and demand of detecting bearing fault diagnosis technology based on wind turbine fault,put forward the research and development program on Motor Group Fault Diagnosis System of wind and warning system.Then the bearing condition monitoring for bearing fault diagnosis of wind turbine in the most important and most difficult to solve the proposed solutions,expounds and analyses the bearing fault of wind turbine natural frequency and fault frequency,and gives the characteristics of vibration signal in fault condition of different wind turbine bearing and extraction method.The method for bearing fault diagnosis of wind turbine based on the adaptive filter for vibration signal extraction on the FFT spectrum analysis of the vibration signal after filtering in frequency domain and time domain,according to the fault diagnosis of bearing fault characteristic frequency appears.The whole system the basic design idea,hardware selection,software selection and data acquisition module and a processing module of the program,and ultimately for the detailed design process of wind turbine bearing fault diagnosis and early warning system.Finally,the wind turbine bearing fault diagnosis and early warning system is installed in the wind field to test and run.
