With the rapid progress of network technology, it has had great effects on people's daily life; me anwhile, it also promotes a lot of technology changes in industry. In this paper, based on internet technology a new system of monitoring condition and diagnosis fault for high output Turbo generator units are designed and realized.Chapter one describes the history, status and development of the system of monitoring condition and diagnosing fault for turbo-generator. It also deals with the back-ground and the aim of the research work of this paperChapter two describes the whole structure of the system, from the function of the system and internet constructor, software constructor and the software platform selection describe the system in the whole.The third chapter is about the theory of on-line monitoring, data analyzing and fault diagnosing . Some important parameters and methods applied in the system are described in detail too.Chapter four is the emphasis of this paper ,in this chapter , the first aspect describe the construct the database system; the second aspect describe the Web application and development; the last aspect describe the double buffer , multithread technology. Especially, the application of the control of JDBC and Applet in the field of long-distance monitoring condition and diagnosis fault has been discussed systemicallyChapter five includes a lot of illustrations of the system to show the functions of the software, a nd introduces the operating method.In the last chapter of the paper, the research work is summarized and some of the main conclusion is drawn, and explicates some of the developing aspects of the technology of PC-based monitoring condition and diagnosing fault for the coming research work.
