| With the continuous development of urbanization,the construction of urban distribution network has increasingly become an important foundation for urban modernization.Through the urban distribution network planning in the premise of technical requirements,it can further improve the distribution network power supply capacity and power quality,reduce power loss,achieve economic development and load growth rate of adaptation,and meet the needs of economic and social development.Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone(ZAEZ)is a planning city,the existing power distribution network is established on the original rural power grid,which has not yet formed a complete distribution network system.At present,ZAEZ has become a national-level new planning city,the economic and social are developing rapidly,which must be combined with the development of city planning.The overall planning of the distribution network in ZAEZ should be considered to improve the reliability and adaptability of ZAEZ power distribution network to meet the future rapid development of the city.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the existing problems through rational planning of the distribution network in ZAEZ.Based on the economic and social development status,future urban functions and urban development planning of ZAEZ,this paper studies the saturation density load forecasting through compared with the load index of some economically developed regions or new areas in China.According to the future development prospect and urban planning requirements,the 10 k V distribution network planning goal of ZAEZ is defined according to the principle of moderate advance.The technical principles adopted in the 10 k V distribution network planning of ZAEZ are defined to guide the follow-up allocation distribution planning.The grid partition method is adopted to divide the large,medium and small blocks into various parts o f ZAEZ,and the functional characteristics of each small block are studied in detail.The distribution network planning scheme is proposed according to the development of each block.Through the integration of these blocks,give a distribution network planning of ZAEZ,which has a certain significance for the development of ZAEZ distribution network. |
