| In recent years,with the promotion of urbanization and the constrcution of China’s urban and rural area,the electricity load is increasing dramatically.As an important energy guarantee for the rapid development of the city,power grid is challenging by many factors,which make the traditional planning method of distribution network no long fittest well,in the process of distribution network’s planning and constructing.Therefore,the study of new planning method of distribution network is desirable and has great theoretical and practical meanings.Taking the planning of Qingdao distribution network as an example,this paper presents a new planning method.Firstly,based on the municipal program of the whole area studied,the new method divides the area into several blocks according to the function,development direction and power supply requirement of each blocks.Then,detailed spatial load forecast of key blocks is carried out.Based on its results,proper grid is established,where ring loop has several power source from different points,line load distribution is properly controled,line load rate is well balanced and supportive capability between substations is strengthen.After that,detailded layout of the target network is carried out in each blocks of the gridding and the tension of the city underground resources is taken into account.Under the condition of avoiding cross power supply,the layout is reasonablly designed and utilizes the general pipe gallery to bulid the forcasting power grid,thus meets the reruirement of nearest power supply as well as doesn’t affect the appearance of the city.In the implementation of the plan,the transformers and distribution lines in the high voltage distribution network fufill the requirements of N-1 check,load rate control and mutul supporting.In addition,advanced,reliable,energy saving equipment should be selected and distribution automation should realized through several steps.Finally,the evaluation indexes system is proposed to guarantee that the plan achieve the designed effectiveness.The proproed method solves the problems faced by distribution network from the point of view of ‘grid’ through the grid planning,guides the construction of the current grid through the development of the short term planning and changes the grid through the development of long term planning.The method can make full use of existing resources,reasonable use of governmental facilities,reserve a long-term load margin,improve efficiency of the equipment and save cost at the same time.Therefore,the plan of the distribution network boostes the incomes as well as meets the electricity demand,and achieves the high level in the world from the aspects of power supply reliability,voltage qualification rate and line loss rate.The practical realization of the method in Qingdao demostrates the promising prospect of the method. |
