With the rapid development of economy in the past 30 years of reform and opening up in China,a large number of urban interchanges and viaducts were built,In order to satisfy the route alignment,driving comfort and aesthetic requirements,there are many kinds of special-shaped curved bridge structure.Irregular wide curved continuous box girder has become an important part of overpass system and viaduct.The force law of irregular wide curved continuous box girder is complex,so far the research is not perfect.This paper takes irregular wide curved continuous box girder of the Junshan expressway interchange ramp AK1+826 bridge as the research object,using finite element analysis software midas/civil2015 established traditional grillage model and Simulated plate-grillage model of irregular wide curved continuous box girder,clear the distribution law of stress,deformation and bearing reaction of special-shaped curved wide box girder bridge under various loads.In view of the actual project,for each construction stage and finished after the stress,deflection and bearing force of site monitoring,data acquisition,and compared with the theoretical data,comparison of grillage method and compare plate beam accuracy in the analysis of shaped curve of wide box girder bridge and the applicability.After the bridge was built,load test is conducted in the Junshan interchange ramp AK1+826 bridge,based on the analysis of the spatial stress of the Irregular wide curved continuous box girder bridge under the load of the vehicle,the vehicle loading scheme and the dynamic load test scheme are determined.Through experiment and theoretical analysis results in comparison,verify the feasibility and reliability compared with Simulated plate-grillage method in practical engineering application.
