Abstract/Summary:
Aviation technology is an important reflection of our national comprehensive strength and international competitiveness,to which we must give priority as a significant military field.We must strive for developing its relative technologies into world-class level so as to build an innovative and developmental country.As one of the fast developing parts of aviation area,aircrafts need to meet higher requirements in such aspects as ability of supersonic cruise,invisibility,maneuverability and maintainability.Meanwhile,it is crucial to conduct reasonable and efficient thermal analysis as the increasingly intensive installment of airborne electronic equipment which will gather too much internal heat consumption.The thermal analysis falls into internal part and external part,the former is comprised of aircraft emergency power system and thermal analysis of airborne electronic equipment while the latter is comprised of thermal analysis of aircraft shell construction and aerodynamic thermal environment.Based on the thought of aircraft integrated thermal management system and MATLAB SIMULINK simulation method,finite element method as well as finite volume method,this paper studies the integrated thermal analysis method of aircraft,and finally put forward a new comprehensive method,namely combining lumped parameter method with finite difference method,finite difference method with finite element method and along with Monte Carlo ray tracing method.And use software such as Thermal Desktop,SINDA FLUINT and Space Claim to set up a simulation platform for aircraft thermal modeling and simulation.In the end,the paper completes the thermal simulation analysis of aircraft shell structure,airborne electronic equipment and emergency power system as well as the aircraft aerodynamic thermal environment simulation in certain Mach number and altitude,and achieves the simulation of specific aircraft flight trajectory.The research content mainly includes the following several aspects:(1)Put forward an integrated thermal analysis method of aircraft through studying the integrated thermal management system of aircraft,MATLAB SIMULINK,the finite element and the finite volume method.(2)Study the theoretical basis of aircraft integrated thermal analysis method,including control equation,heat and mass transfer model,principle of fluid mechanics and thermal optical principle.(3)Use software such as Thermal Desktop,SINDA FLUINT and Space Claim to build a thermal modeling and simulation platform,and then complete the whole aircraft’s thermal analysis,pneumatic thermal environment simulation,trajectory simulation tasks,thus verifying function of the new method of aircraft integrative thermal analysis.
