As one of the most important parameters of fluid mechanics,parameters of pipeline resistance plays a decisive role in the hydraulic calculation of pipeline.The pipeline resistance parameters includingManning roughness coefficient n,frictional loss coefficient,Siena-William coefficient Ch and equivalent roughness Ks.With the rapid development of economy,the new pipelines have been introduced.Lack of new pipeline resistance parameters,however,brings some difficulties to pipeline design.Therefore,the water stress resistance parameters of new pipeline should be tested before being put into useln order to assure the resistance parameters of pipeline were measured accurately,this paper intends to develop a system in which the pipeline resistance parameters of the new pipeline can be precisely tested before they are eused.,which avoid inaccuracy and adverse effects caused by using the resistance parameters according to the experiences..At the same time,experiments of three kinds of plastic pipe were carried out to test the precision of system and get the resistance parameters of three kinds of pipes of different diameters thatcan be used in engineering practices.Above all the main contents of this paper are::(1)to determine the design principle and test theory and the analysis method of the experimental results of the pipeline resistance parameter measurement system;(2)to determine the overall layout of the pipeline resistance parameter measurement system and study the design and manufacture of the main test equipment and the relationship between the various devices;(3)to determine the experiment plan procedure to ensure the equipment needed in the test;(4)to deal with the relevant test results and determine the resistance parameter value,its range and the corresponding relative error;(5)to determine the accuracy of piping resistance parameter of measurement system.Through the calculation and analysis of the resistance parameters of three kinds of common plastic pipes,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)the pipeline resistance parameter measurement system has high accuracy and strong applicability;(2)the variation of the resistance parameters of the three kinds of pipelines,the corresponding value and value range are determined.
