Lithium manganese dioxide battery is a high energy density chemical power,is one of primary cell which is widely used in the market.In this paper,a distributed method of mixing manganese dioxide and fluorinated carbon composite material,prepared for the composite cathode material lithium/manganese dioxide battery,which is the hotspot in the field of lithium primary battery in the world recent years.This paper studies the influence of composite positive electrode preparation process,the conductive additives and different fluorinated carbon composite cathode material for electrochemical performance,also discussed ways to improve the thermal polarization of fluorinated graphite material.High temperature(350 ? above)heat-treated titanium dioxide by a ?-type crystal form into ? and ? mixed;Using organic coated carbonization way fluorinated graphite pretreated to give the best electrical properties of two kinds of cathode material.The physical and chemical properties and electrochemical properties the different electrode samples were analyzed.by means of using SEM,XRD and constant current discharge.Since the particle size of fluorinated graphite and manganese dioxide is quite different,a simple physical doping can't play to the advantages of the composite electrode,In this paper,we distributed several mixing process,the cathode material utilization increased by 13%.Used the mixing a conductive agent for different types of carbon material(acetylene black,conductive graphite,SP,VGCF),which is conductive to the formation of conductive network in the electrode,the conductivity is better than a single conductive agent.The electrical properties is excellent,which of the composite electrode by coating process with high power output;The discharge capacity is different,which for fluorinated carbon material of different preparation methods vary,but the total energy output is no different.Preparation of different carbon sources and surface modification is an effective means to improve the material properties of graphite fluoride,in this paper,it reduces the amount of heat has a significant effect has also been discussed.
