In recent years,with the development of building industry,building energy efficiency has become an important issue that countries in the building industry concerned.One of the most important principles of structural optimization design is to optimize the structure under the situation that ensure bearing capacity which can improve the utilization of the material.So to optimize the structure has become an important measure to reduce building energy consumption.Reinforced concrete sandwich panels are new energy-saving composite panels and new building structural members which have load-bearing and insulation function,this paper analyzed only for the CS panels.In order to meet the need of building energy efficiency,the paper did optimization of CS panels against bearing capacity factors in the case of ensuring the carrying capacity.The paper based on experimental data determined the test model which derived a computational model for optimizing CS panels by doing numerical simulation analysis to CS panels by using ANSYS simulation software and made the analysis and experimental results to be close.Then,the paper simulated the bending process of CS panels by using ANSYS simulation software and obtained factors of affecting their bearing capacity which can determined the design variables for structural optimization of CS panels.The variables include core layer thickness of CS panels and spacing along the length and the width direction of panels of diagonal wires etc.In process of structure optimization analysis of CS panels,the paper found that due to the special structure of CS panels,CS panels had many different limit states during in force.So the paper analyzed and summarized the limit states of CS panels before doing structure optimization analysis to CS panels.In response to the design variables,the paper established the finite element model of multi group derived from the test model,and do numerical simulation to CS panels under certain variables by using ANSYS simulation software,and sort out the results.Then,the paper used Origin data analysis software to analyze the results,and obtained the effect of relative variables to bearing capacity of CS panels,and gives the rational distribution.In this paper,bending performance of CS panels is comprehensively studied.The paper obtained the effect of the bearing capacity of CS panels under the optimized variables and gives the rational design recommendations and opinions of CS panels layout and made great signification to the theoretical study and engineering applications of CS panels.
