In the process of rapid economic development and economic globalization in the world,all walks of life are moving in the function,diversification,automation,individuation development,product competition intensified,in order to meet market demand and remain competitive,the enterprise has to continue to seek innovation.Therefore,how to innovate and improve the competitiveness of the products is the hot spots of the current global business in all walks of life.And,as the powerful system of innovative tools to solve the problem of engineering,the inventive problem solving theory-TRIZ,is invented by more and more researchers to solve engineering issues.Based on the TRIZ theory and the current situation of the floating technology of the planetary gear system,the existing planetary gear patent is solved by using the patented patent circumvention technology in TRIZ theory,and then the innovative scheme is formed.According to the specific conditions,the mechanical design of the new scheme and the use of virtual prototype are made to verify the scheme.The main contents are as follows:First,by selecting a large number of patent documents,the patent circumvention process is summed up and based on the TRIZ theory.According to the patent circumvention process,through the search word "planet gear" "floating" to complete the primary patent.Through technical subject,patent IPC classification Numbers in screening for a patent for invention.By Using TRIZ function analysis,the function analysis of the patent and its functional model is acquired,and then the core components of the implementation are trimmed.Then,the TRIZ tools are used to solve the trimming model.So we can get the innovative solutions and complete the concept of design.The new program will be returned to the original patent,and we can try to apply for a new patent.Second,in order to test the new patent,according to the actual working condition,the paper carries out the mechanical design,and gets the detailed dimension of each part parts..Based on the existing dimensions,the 3D PTC Creo solid modeling software is used to complete the modeling of parts and assemblies.Third,the Simulate structural analysis module in PTC Creo software is employed to analyze the important parts and perform mechanical strength analysis to verify the rationality of design parameters.Fourthly,by using the mechanism simulation module in PTC Creo software,the virtual prototype of the mechanical system and the mechanical properties(displacement,velocity and acceleration,etc.)of each component can be obtained by simulation from establishing the constraint and connection to verify the rationality of the device.Our work proves that the application of TRIZ competitive patent circumvention strategy by trimming is effective,and it has a strong practical value and guiding effect on the structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading of Chinese enterprises.
