Development of green transport has become an inevitable trend of urban development,Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City in 2020 internal green transportation(public transport,walking,cycling)trip rate greater than 90% of the development goals,building a sound public bicycle transportation system is the most basic ecological city The traffic function is to build character and demonstration of basic traffic security.This thesis summarizes the domestic and urban public bicycle system theory and application research,analyze the characteristics of a public bicycle system of ecological city construction and transportation development status and trend analysis,through public bicycle system and eco-city combination of practical needs,from a technical,environmental and social benefits three aspects of the feasibility of the construction of public bike system.Based on the public bike system in the eco-city comprehensive transportation system in the position and goals,proposed public bicycle,special bicycle,public bike +dedicated bike three different development programs.Three programs for the construction of ideas,construction contents,construction period,operation and management mode,construction and operating costs will be compared,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the three options.Studies suggest that public bicycle + dedicated bicycle rental system can solve the problem of public rental bike,but also to mobilize the residents use private bicycles,rapid increase in the proportion of green travel,the more fit the eco-city reality.Recommend SSTEC choose public bike system + dedicated bike building program,and the construction of the content of the program,operations management and other content targeted research.
