Inrecentyears, thenumberofconstructionenterprisesgrowing,macroeconomicregulationandcontrol, astherealestatemarketregulation,laborcostsincreasingbringmuchchallenges,thecompetitionandpressuretheconstructionenterprisesfacingisgrowing.Gainingprofitsoftheprojectandenterpriseatpresentisawaytokeepthecompetitivenessinthecompetitivemarket.Excellentcostmanagementlevelcanimprovetheconstructionenterpriseprofit,buttheconstructionenterprisesinourcountryarestilladoptthetraditionalcostmanagementmode.Thismodeisextensiveandsimple,itleadthecostmanagementresultnotsatisfactory.Soconstructionenterprisesneedanewmethod.Construction project cost management of lean construction was put forward underthis background. Introducing and exploring advanced lean construction methods to usein the construction project cost management can help reduce the non-value work andwaste of the project, thus increasing construction project profits, enhance thecompetitive power of construction enterprise. But in our country for lean constructionproject cost management is still in its infancy, they did not form a complete costmanagement system. As the cost management is a complex project, changing presentcost management system change is difficult, so how to choose among the leanconstruction tool without changing the existing system of cost management forconstruction project managementthe cost is an important problem to be solved.Thispaperintroducestheexistingcostmanagementtheory,analyzethepresentproblemsexistingintheconstructionprojectcostmanagement,andbasedontheideaofleanconstruction,thenputforwardtheapplicationoftherelevanttheoryofleanconstructioninconstructionprojectmanagementcostandbuiltaleanconstructionprojectcostmanagementsystem.Thesystemfirsttakeinformationmanagementplatformasthecostofthesupportlayerandsecondtakethesystemageneralcontractor,thesubcontractingenterpriseon-siteconstructionworkersasmanagementlayer.Thirdthesystemassistcostpredictionaccountingandthemethodofdeviationbyanalysislayer.Last,ittakecostcontinuousimprovementastechnologylayer.Fifthchapteruseactualconstructionpr ojectasanexample,theleanconstructioncostmanagementsystemunderthepracticalapplicationoftherelevant,clearthecostoftheprojectobjectives,usingthehomeworkcostmethodofconcreteengineeringcostaccountingonthepartoftheproject,usingtheearnedvaluemethodtotheprojectforacertainperiodoftimeofcostdeviationandPPCanalysis, usingthesupplychainmanagement, valuestreammanagement,thelastplannersystemoftheconstructionprojectcostmanagementinthecontinuousimprovement, andoptimizationSuggestionsareputforward.Applyingleanconstructioninconstructionprojectcostmanagementfirstcanhelptopredictcostanddeterminethetarget,seconditcanoptimizetheconstructionprocessandimproveprocessconstantlytorealizethereal-timedynamicmanagementofconstructionprojectcost,optimizetheallocationoftheconstructionsiteresourcesandreducethecostofconstructionproject.Inaddition,theapplicationofleanconstructionthoughtstoconstructionprojectcostmanagementcanpromoteleanthinkingintheapplicationofconstructionproject.
