The significance of auto detection,and embodied in people is higher and higher attention to its own security and traffic accident damage.Vehicle inspection before they go out,need to relevant government departments issued qualification company or agent can be performed.At present a lot of research on auto test equipment manufacturers began in small testing equipment research and development,the main purpose is according to the different requirements and traffic accident,the car encounter failure,make emergency measures.Each vendor independent research and development of products with poor generality,in case of technical problems,must to the designated manufacturer maintenance site debugging and maintenance.A problem when the electric control system,more difficult,the general users do not have knowledge of the microcontroller,etc,cannot make emergency repair.This topic based on the above background,the design development of automobile comprehensive performance testing system,able to complete a variety of performance test and test.The design conforms to the test system development more functional,automation,integration,and to save energy,save manpower,have scientific research value and good economic benefit.Multiple function test about cars,help the further development of specific performance.This topic mainly completed the following research: reading the literature,summarized the domestic and foreign development and the characteristics of automobile comprehensive performance test platform,to predict the future development trend of China's automobile comprehensive performance testing system;Based on user requirements,design the overall program,to ensure the feasibility of the system.The selection of system hardware,the selection of sensors and software design;Analyze the sensor error calculation,design meet the error range;Upper machine design,to improve the system interface;The prototype experiment of heat-resistant,hardy experiment and vibration experiment,verify the working stability of the system.Through the completion of the above research,summarizes the relevant conclusions,and for future research.
