With the arrival of industry 4.0,the production system of electric power equipment manufacturing enterprise has become particularly complex compared with the traditional manufacturing industry.Therefore,it brings new challenges to production safety assessment on electric power equipment manufacturing enterprise.However,as source data limitations and cognitive level differences,few previous studies consider differences in power equipment manufacturing enterprises in different types of product manufacturing process.The traditional risk matrix method of enterprise production safety risk assessment lacks of pertinence and accuracy.Production safety assessment of power equipment manufacturing enterprise is a complex system engineering.The research of traditional risk matrix does not consider the weights of risk impact and risk probability.Therefore,it is a pending problem that how to set the weight to improve the pertinence and accuracy production safety evaluation in the power equipment manufacturing enterprise.The existing literature has not yet been proposed effective solutions.Based on the production characteristics of power equipment manufacturing enterprises,this research proposed the risk level quantization and weighting improvement method and set up production safety risk model of power equipment manufacturing enterprise.It focus on Borda count model after analyzing the importance of risk severity and probability.Through the calculation of judgement matrix,the article determines the weight of risk factors by AHP method to improve the pertinence and accuracy of the evaluation.Finally,taking production safety risk assessment of one power equipment manufacturing enterprise as an example,the research utilizes the improved risk matrix method and sets the reasonable weights.The result demonstrates the research feasibility and helps enterprises to achieve a more effective safety assessment.The application of this method in other fields needs to be studied.
