Electric power has brought great progress and convenience to economic development and people’s life.Unlike other enterprises with the ultimate goal of making profits,electric power enterprises drive the national economy,drive national development,and promote national progress.They are the engine of a country.They serve the people’s livelihood and shoulder the national mission.It is the basic goal and responsibility of electric power enterprises to continuously ensure the safety and stability of the power system,Therefore,power security is a universal problem related to social stability and economic development.With the continuous development of economy and the increase of people’s power consumption,the structure and scale of the power grid in the power system are becoming more and more complex.Complex power equipment and electric energy together constitute the well-known power system.So,it is an indispensable task to find out all kinds of risks existing in the process of safe production of electric power enterprises in advance and formulate corresponding preventive measures.The orderly operation of the country cannot be separated from good governance methods.Similarly,the safe production of enterprises cannot be separated from effective management measures.Management is essential for enterprises.By finding the problems in the safety production management of enterprises,it can effectively avoid various risks in safety production,greatly reduce safety production accidents,and thus improve the safety level of enterprises in an all-round way.This paper takes the management of the county companies under the jurisdiction of XZ Electric Power Company as the core,fully combines the actual production background of the company,evaluates the risk points in safe production,finds the weak links in safe production,and accordingly obtains the deficiencies in safe production management,and puts forward corresponding solutions according to the evaluation results.First of all,this paper introduces what power system is,its role,importance,etc.from multiple perspectives,and then obtains the research background.On the basis of reading a large number of documents,it deeply studies and analyzes the relevant theories of safety production management and risk assessment at home and abroad,clarifies the importance of management to the development of an enterprise,and selects risk assessment as the entry point for the research of safety production management of power companies,It shows the necessity and timeliness of the research on the topic of this paper.Secondly,through field visits,thorough investigation,research and reference to relevant data,in-depth analysis of the problems in the safety production management of county companies was conducted to explore the deep-seated factors affecting the safety production management of county companies;At the same time,the expert survey method is used to invite experts from all disciplines and fields to carry out questionnaire survey in the whole company system,and finally determine the risk assessment indicators at all levels,so as to establish the risk assessment model for safe production management of county companies;Clarify the direction of risk management and control,and obtain several major factors that affect the safety production management of the county companies under the jurisdiction of XZ Power Company,namely personnel risk factors,equipment risk factors and environmental risk factors;Among them,the outdated management mode,the general aging of employees,the shortage of college students and the lack of first-line production experience have led to the weak skill level of personnel,which has become the main factors restricting the company’s safe production;Weak grid structure,poor grid stability,inadequate troubleshooting of equipment defects,and incomplete equipment operation and maintenance caused by non-standard design in the early stage have become the main equipment factors restricting the company’s safe production;Natural disasters caused by extreme weather,poor confidentiality awareness,and leakage of secrets due to illegal access to external networks have become the main environmental factors restricting the company’s safety production.Finally,under the comprehensive consideration,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process are combined to evaluate the safety production management risk of the county company.Based on the conclusion of risk identification,targeted risk management and control measures are formulated from three aspects: personnel comprehensive literacy improvement management,equipment operation and maintenance planning management,and emergency security measures management to provide countermeasures for improving the safety production management of companies in each county.
