In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy,the ocean exploitation,including the island exploitation,has become the world's strategic focus on acquiring new resources,expanding living space and promoting economic and social development.China has 3 million square kilometers of sea area,and has more than 6,000 islands with an area of over 500 square meters,tens of thousands of islands less than 500 square meters,so the research on the development and utilization of islands has great value and is of great strategic significance.Working and living on the island,one of the most urgent need to address is the electricity supply.Although many islands have begun to use solar energy and wind power system to provide electricity,but they are all of independent design,installation and operation,and they do not form a complete set of equipment.So it has a lot of disadvantages in the field of design,construction,management and maintenance,etc.Therefore,in this paper,we considered about the characteristics of the special environment of the island and did research on the optimization design of Wind-solar-diesel Hybrid Generating Systeand combines with the functional characteristics of Wind-solar-diesel Hybrid Generating System in Island Habitation Cabin from three aspects: the composition and equipment selection,the control strategy and the capacity configuration.The Wind-solar-diesel Hybrid Generating System in Island Habitation Cabin has to meet the power load demand of rainwater collection system,sea water source heat pump system,household appliances and electrical equipment,and possess the capacity of wind resistance,earthquake resistance and anti-corrosion.So we studied the composition and equipment selection of the Wind-solar-diesel Hybrid Generating System in Island Habitation Cabin.Secondly,we studied the control strategy used in wind power generation unit,photovoltaic cells and battery cells as well as the control strategy of the overall Wind-solar-diesel Hybrid Generating System in Island Habitation Cabin while the conditions of wind and solar resources are different.Thirdly,in this paper,we take a multi-objective optimization algorithm based on genetic algorithm,with minimum total average annual cost and maximum wind and solar resource utilization of the system as the objective function,and then establish an optimization model for the system capacity configuration.Finally,in this paper,the above-mentioned optimal design method and model are applied on the practical project of “Island Habitation Cabin complete set of equipment" which are intended to be built on Dinghai in Zhejiang and Chongwu in Fujian respectively.And according to the wind and solar resources date of the typical year,the capacity configuration of the system Wind-solar-diesel Hybrid Generating System in Island Habitation Cabin is optimized,and the results are analyzed.The analysis results show that the the above-mentioned optimal design method can reduce the cost of the complementary system and increase the utilization of wind and solar resources.This paper have a good reference for the development and utilization of the islands and the optimization design of Wind-solar-diesel Hybrid Generating System in Island Habitation Cabin.
