| With the development of the power industry,the power industry has been gaining great achievements in the field of technology.owing to the application and development of the power information collection system,the data of power measurement devices can be effectively read and stored,which has been promoting the reform and upgrading of power network and power industrial,so as to ensure the stable development of the national economy.Because of the problems existing in the terminal equipment,software and hardware systems of Xilingol Electric Power Bureau’s energy acquisition and monitoring system,it can not function normally to meet the targets of site work.In order to better improve the acquisition and monitoring system of electric energy and further optimize power network industry,this thesis aims to give a detailed description of present condition and problems of the acquisition and monitoring system in Xilingol area based on the objectives of Mongolia Electric Power Corporation for the construction of acquisition and monitoring platform of electric power and accordingly put forward some suggestions.Firstly,through Fishbone Analysis,this thesis analyses the relationship between the terminal equipment and the acquisition and monitoring system.According to the fishbone diagram of "on-line low rate,low success rate of meter reading",the terminal equipment has a great influence on electric energy acquisition system.This thesis analyses the problems in terminal equipment,regulates the standards of devices and gives out practical scheme of their upgrading.The results of the experiments show improvement in availability,and reducing bus power imbalance rate.Secondly,through comparative and inductive method,this thesis analyses the influence of communication network for electric energy acquisition system.It points out the disadvantages of the present GPRS and power line communication system and puts forward a more complete networking scheme by combining the advantages of fiber optic communication technology.By optimizing the integration of terminal network,it also makes a comprehensive program for the power administrative softswitch system,distribution grid communication,the integrated services transport network and supporting network.The results of the experiments show improvement in availability,the success ratio of meter reading and increase transmission capacity and its coverage.Finally,this thesis,combing advantage of the Enterprise management knowledge and the actual situation of power,gives some suggestions to the regulation in order to strengthen and refine the operation and management of the electric energy acquisition and monitoring system and improve work efficiency.This thesis optimizes the terminal equipment of the acquisition and monitoring system,planning the communication network,and improving the management.The results of the experiments show improvement in availability,the success ratio of meter reading and increase transmission capacity and its coverage.It refines the operation and management of the electric energy acquisition and monitoring system and improves work efficiency. |
