The ac servo system has been widely used in aerospace,military industry,instruments and other fields.The research of testing technology to ac servo system also has been taken seriously.When ac servo system fails,field inspection and troubleshooting are very difficult to fix,also,unexpected failure will cause serious damage to the system itself.So the development of portable devices to the motor and its load simulation,realizing on-line test to ac servo system is necessary.It has a certain practical application value.At present,the simulation of motor and load often appear on the large-scale electric power equipment.Another way of testing the ac servo system is using MATLAB model.All the detection technology has its one-sidedness and limitations.Now there is not a kind of portable device can finish on-line detection of servo system.So the improvement of servo system testing is necessary.The simulation system must make simulation well of ac permanent magnet servo motor.It must finish three phase current collection,computing working status,simulating the actual running status of ac permanent magnet servo motor working.According to the practical physical parameters of the motor real-time computation and feedback of the motor operation effect,it must make reappearance of ac permanent magnet servo motor and its load working condition,realizing quick inspection of servo system.In order to develop a portable simulator of servo system testing,achieving on-line detection of servo system in the field and other special environment,this paper finished the following work.1.It constructed the servo motor and load simulation system model.It used the series of resistor,inductor,capacitor to simulate the motor and its load and used digital signal processing circuit to calculate the servo system running parameters to simulate the feedback signal.While it simulated to achieve portable analog devices instead of the servo motor and its load detection systems.2.It finished the testing software system development,to simulate the servo system controller and achieve the servo system parameters monitoring and on-line detection of ac servo system.3.According to the simulation systems,it designed servo system load operation and load running simulations.At the same time,experiments were performed to improve and analyzed to verify the feasibility of the testing program.
