As the rapid development of Chinese domestic automobile market,the SUV models from both sales growth and market share have increased year by year,all enterprises especially the independent brand automobile enterprises take the SUV as their strategic models.For the efficient production of new SUV model T,A company will carry out two models mixed production in the H assembly workshop,this paper mainly studies the technological process improvement of mixed assembly line.Based on the existing single product assembly line,according to the assembly requirements of two models,this paper designed the mixed assembly process for the two models,and carried through a revised design for the original assembly line by using modular design method.This paper focused on the improvement of assembly process from three separate modules(the door sub-assembly module,the chassis assembly module and the dashboard packaging module),examined the feasibility and progressiveness,analyzed the production preparation,predicted the bottleneck problem and gave the solution,implemented quality and logistics route improvement.The door sub-assembly module was the research emphasis in three separate modules,this paper designed the tooling for removing doors,calculated the equilibrium efficiency of T1 line which had been improved,and with the iterative method and ACTIM priority principle,proceeded Balanced design for door sub-assembly line,which obtained a better result.After the mixed process improvement,analyzed the feasibility of process improvement project through actual production inspection,and gave the solution for the problems emerged.Practice shows that the mixed process flow and mixed assembly line is feasible and effective,and has achieved significant economic results.
