In order to reduce the flood control pressure in the city section of luohe city, the city government of luohe has researched the idea of "the river is diverted into the sand river in advance". This paper therefore assume this major aspects of the problem, the theoretical qualitative analysis, the three dimensional mathematical model and fixed bed several methods such as combination of movable bed model test research idea, by the surface and the points, the system analysis to study the li river diversions of shahe,the influence of the li river flood control, provide scientific basis for project planning and design, the paper main research contents and results are as follows:(1) to establish a three-dimensional hydrodynamic mathematical model,using the digital terrain and engineering technology, aiming at the combined flow condition,the change before and after diversion channel for the excavation of sand river, li river and new, to simulate the hydraulic characteristics of analysis of the change before and after diverted the river water level and flow velocity change, determine the project after the radius of sha river and li river flood control and flood control effect.(2) to determine the influence project key river, using the method of physical model, set up fixed bed model demonstrate new li river into a new excavation ShaHeKou upstream section, li river, shahe river several curve segments change of water level, flow velocity, etc;, moving bed test is on the basis of the fixed bed model test, to further demonstration project of the jinsha river, li river channel water level and bank slope erosion etc.(3) Combined with the experimental results of the mathematical model and the experimental results of the physical model, the paper puts forward the range of the washing protection Suggestions. On the basis of further analysis of the changes of channel flushing, the length of the section and the protective length of the protection are determined.(4) Through the model test, the design of the project is guided rationally, the good suggestion of improving the design is put forward, and the design efficiency and the result quality are improved.
