| With a patchwork of steel truss concrete composite slab in steel truss concrete precast floor cast-in-place laminated layer formed a new composite floor.This new type of laminated structure as the main stress in the reinforced truss,precast floor mosaic set seam,and according to different joint forms,set the seams anti crack reinforcement.With a patchwork of steel truss concrete composite slab has the advantages of convenient construction,material saving,high rigidity,good integrity and other advantages,is the development direction of prefabricated buildings.In order to study the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete composite truss joint with two-way slab in practical engineering,and the effects of different forms of joint mechanical properties of laminated plate with two-way,the joint of steel truss concrete composite slab hoisting of the static load test stage,construction stage and using stage model.Specific research contents include:(1)through the experimental study on the construction stage of the steel truss concrete precast floor,the force characteristics,the internal force distribution and the crack situation of the precast floor are studied.The experimental results show that the internal force of precast floor is small in the process stage,and the hoisting method can meet the construction requirements;(2)through the static load test of the reinforced concrete precast slab in the construction stage,the internal force distribution and deformation of the precast floor in the construction stage are studied.The experimental results show that the precast floor has good mechanical properties under the normal construction load and meets the requirements of construction stage;(3)the experiment after pouring seam and 300 mm precast floor close fight two different joint forms Larry,and pouring the laminated layer,made of steel truss concrete composite slabs.Based on these two different forms of joint composite two-way slabs limit bearing capacity experiment,study the characteristics of superimposed slab internal force distribution,deformation,crack distribution and failure.The experimental results show that the steel truss concrete composite slab has high bearing capacity and good ductility and good mechanical properties.And the effects of two kinds of joint form of steel truss composite plate mechanical properties of two-way comparison.The overall results from the cracking load,crack distribution and ultimate bearing capacity can be seen that 300 mm after pouring seam form has better integrity.Through this study,further verified with a patchwork of steel truss concrete composite slab for engineering application,with a patchwork of steel truss concrete composite slab in the future application provides the basis. |
