| The Overhead Contact System(OCS)is an important part of the electrified rail transit,and it is the landmark power supply facility of the electrified rail transit.The overhead-crossing is one of the most important vertical structures in the OCS of electrified railway,and it is also one of the accident prone area in OCS.At present,the design of the OCS and overhead-crossing is mainly based on the two-dimensional graphic design.With the increase of the running speed of the railway and the length of the switch,the design and construction of the OCS and overhead-crossing are put forward higher requirements.BIM(building information model),which is widely used in the construction industry,provides a new idea for the whole life cycle management of OCS.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and research the apply of BIM technology in the OCS.Firstly,this paper introduced the definition and characteristics of BIM technology and the software platform of BIM,and introduced the Revit and its further development.Also,this paper researched and summarizes 9 objectives of application of BIM technology in the OCS,including professional application software interface,inter professional collaboration,information sharing,authority management,collision detection,engineering quantity statistics and budget,project release and display,and the engineering construction organization and management model of storage and disclosure.Secondly,this paper summarized the basic structure,type and working principle of the switch and the overhead-crossing of the electrified railway.Besides,this paper studied the influence of the switch and the pantograph on the design and construction of the contact wire fork and the general principles of the design of the contact wire.Then,the paper studied based on the BIM core modeling software Revit catenary wire fork 3D group,including H type steel pillar,cantilever structure,catenary,realized the parametric parts in the project adjustment.With the help of Revit API tool,through the C#language development in the Revit in the design of the auxiliary contact wire fork design tool.Finally,in the Revit platform,with the form of cross-type overhead crossing and the geometric parameters of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway,the overhead contact network of turnout 18 was arranged.Besides,this paper verified the feasibility of the design of catenary in the BIM core software Revit platform,and explored the work flow and method of the three-dimensional design of the catenary and the line fork,which provided reference for the application of BIM technology in contact network specialty. |
