The formwork is an important part of cast-in-place concrete structure construction.The formwork project has great influence on the construction quality,safety,progress and project benefit.With the vigorous development of the construction industry,the problems of high cost,serious waste and low intelligence of the template engineering become more and more prominent,which become a major constraint in the development of the construction industry.And the BIM(Building Information Model)technology promoted by the country in recent years provides a good platform to solve these problems.Based on the design characteristics of the template system in China,this paper aims at saving the cost of the floor template project,improving the intellectualization and scientization of the template design,starting from the two aspects of the panel layout of the template and the design check calculation of the supporting system,and conducts the theoretical research and practical verification of the overall design of the template system.Firstly,starting from the layout optimization of the template panel,and combining the BIM technology and the theory of optimized layout,the automatic layout optimization of the template was developed for the redevelopment of Revit.For example,the compilation environment based on.net Framework 4.6 USES C# language to write programs in Visual Studio2015 to build the required template family and load it into the Revit project,and then loads the program through external tools under the additional modules in the Revit 2017 menu bar to realize the automatic configuration function.Then,from the perspective of the template support system,the fastener scaffold,for example,in accordance with the relevant specification and the relevant formula made with Excel support system automatic calculation,calculation procedures,through input the basic parameters to automatically calculate the limit stud spacing,as well as to the selection of actual stud spacing interval and automatic safety check to confirm the layout whether meet the requirements.The program can also calculate the number of rod materials consumed under different layout conditions so as to achieve the optimal layout under the premise of safety check calculation.Finally in the fourth chapter has carried on the case study,choosing a practical engineering project,by the second chapter expounds the two-dimensional layout and optimization theory knowledge in the Visual Studio to write for the optimal layout program of the template of the project,and will be loaded into the program has created a good Revit entity model,in order to verify the feasibility of the program.At the same time,according to the layout of the template support frame of the project,the Excel program that has been completed in chapter 3 is selected,and the basic parameters of the project are input to calculate the optimal layout of the support frame.Automatic configuration optimization and template based on aluminum alloy panel fastener type formwork supports system automation and safety checking calculation,improve the overall design of the template system intelligent and scientific,save the cost and improve the safety stability of the template system as a whole,and the overall design of the template system applied to practical engineering projects,is of great significance.
