Container intermodal transportation is a development and innovation of transport planning and organization.It’s also a senior container transportation organization form which plays increasing important role in freight transport and presents the trend of diversification.With the rapid development of global economy,the container transportation business is also increasing rapidly,and the requirements on intermodal transportation efficiency and service quality is increasing sharply,too.However,the intermodal network is too complex and has too many transportation servicers in transit to keep its transportation reliability.The stagnation or cancel would be made by the multimodal transport carriers when route interruption occurs.This makes transportation delay inevitable and cause enormous economic losses when strong timeliness cargo(for example,relief supplies)is shipped.This paper focused on the rerouting method in intermodal container transportation routes disruption,and took stand in the perspective of the multimodal transport operators to make the container intermodal transportation plan that carriers should bypass the interrupt sections by using interim nodes out of origin plan as less as possible and continue to the original plan.This paper also made research on the definition of container multimodal transport,transport operation form,component of cost,and the responsibility of the operator to ensure the influence factors and the feasibility of reroute method.At the same time,the research method and train of thought were confirmed by making study of domestic and foreign related content.The intermodal transportation network were split up to two sub-networks:time-network and space-network.With network split into two sub-network,the whole problem were divided into two sub-problems:searching feasible path and make the adjustment plan meet the time requirement.The research method and the feasible adjustment scheme were made by search feasible path in two sub-networks at the same time.This paper built a mathematic modal to describe this reschedule problem,used an intelligent hybrid heuristic algorithm based on improved Dijkstra algorithm mix up with Dynamic Programming algorithm and nested an intermodal network to exam and verify the algorithm and the mathematic model,at last used algorithm to reschedule the transport under different scenarios:sections damaged,node damaged and city damaged.The result showed the mathematical model had strong robustness,the hybrid heuristic algorithm were feasible and effective under different network damage scenarios.
