| In recent years,large scale construction of highway tunnels and railway tunnels with the development of transportation in our country.However,a considerable proportion of the operating tunnels have different levels of lining defects and diseases.It has seriously affected the safety of the lining structure.In this paper,it has used theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to determine the criteria for the defects and collected the methods of lining strengthening data at the same time.The influence of the quality defects and diseases of tunnel lining structure on the safety factor of lining structure and the reinforcement and treatment measures are studied in depth.The main work and research results are summarized as follows:(1)The common defects of tunnel are studied:Lining thickness lack,the lacuna or holes behind the lining,quantity not sufficient of steel bar.The lacuna or holes behind the lining and quantity not sufficient of steel bar will directly lead to the decrease of the bearing capacity of tunnel lining structure.When there is a hole behind lining,the lining structure under high pressure and the upper edge of easy tension crack.When the tunnel is the seepage,it will cause leakage,damage because of water leakage through the holes and cracks in lining structure.(2)It has built the defect model of the operating tunnel lining thickness lack and the lacuna or holes behind the lining based on the finite element analysis software.By using finite element analysis software to take numerical simulation,it has analyzed the changes of internal force of lining structure when the lining thickness lack or the lacuna or holes behind the lining appears.And according to the design code of railway tunnel,it can calculate the safety factor of lining structure,getting change law of the safety factor.(3)In view of the different defects,summarizes the corresponding standards of the defect,and classification of defects.It can take corresponding countermeasures according to the classification of defects.The existing methods of defect treatment are summarized,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward according to the different defect grades,it can guide significance to the tunnel defect regulation... |
