As an important part of the equipment manufacturing industry,the improvement of its performance plays an important role in the manufacturing industry.The core of anti fatigue manufacturing is to form the modified layer on the surface of the parts,so as to improve the fatigue life of parts.Residual compressive stress is one o f the most important characteristics of metamorphic layer,so it is an important subject to study the residual compressive stress.Barkhausen noise was first discovered by Professor Barkhausen of Germany.With the continuous development of the technology,it has been widely used in the microstructure and residual stress detection of ferromagnetic materials.Based on the study of mechanism of the Barkhausen noise,excitation detection sensor based on Barkhausen noise has been designed,and a set of Barkhausen residual stress detection system has been completed,which include the hardware and signal analysis program design.In this paper,the various parts of the detection system are introduced and analyzed in detail.At first,the detection research status of Barkhausen noise at home and abroad are introduced,which includes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars and research achievements of detection equipment based on Barkhausen noise.This paper studies the mechanism of Barkhausen noise and the main factors influencing the Barkhausen noise,including the material itself,the body material microstructure,the excitation signal amplitude and frequency.Secondly,the excitation and detection sensor has been designed and completed,and a set of Barkhausen residual stress detection system has been completed etc.The hardware part includes the design and selection of signal generator,power amplifier,excitation and detection sensor,signal conditioning module,data acquisition card and PC.The software mainly completes the signal acquisition and analysis.The signal analyzer is designed by Labview software,which is mainly to complete the acquisition of the signal filtering and amplification,time-domain feature extraction.Finally,the study of residual stress between the force and the Barkhausen noise has been studed by use of the water jet peening strengthening equipment and the Barkhausen residual stress detection system.Experimental study on the influence of residual compressive stress on The characteristics of Barkhausen noise such as the root mean square?average value and counts.
