In recent years,energy problem and environmental issues have often been mentioned in China and in the world,How to reduce the dependence of human life on fossil fuels,How to reduce the environmental pollution by human life,become the important point 0f human research.The automotive industry is the industry that precisely with these issues are closely related,How to reduce the dependence of the car on fossil fuels,How to reduce automobile exhaust pollution to the atmosphere,It lends the pure electric vehicle that is the trend and direction of the development of automobile industry.Power battery is the core power source of pure electric vehicle,and battery management system is the premise to ensure the power battery is normal and safe,So it is very important to research and design the perfect battery management system to improve the working efficiency and service life of power battery.Power lithium battery is the research object in this paper,Found the equivalent model of battery,Estimation of battery's real-time SOC,And build the corresponding hardware platform,In order to realize the real-time management of power battery pack.First,It is to analysis and compare the operating characteristics of several common power batteries in this paper,So chose the power lithium battery as the research object,Then aim at the internal characteristics of the power lithium battery,By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several common battery equivalent models,The equivalent circuit model of Thevenin is used to represent the performance of power lithium battery.Second,To parameter identification of equivalent circuit model by MATLAB,Then according to the equivalent circuit model of Thevenin and to analysis the commonly estimation method of battery SOC,To derive the Most suitable estimation method of real-time battery management system's SOC in this paper.Last,According to the research on the battery management system of the key technology,Build the hardware platform for the design,Through the design of data acquisition module?charge and discharge equalization module? temperature monitoring module? communication module?LCD display module and other hardware circuit,Combined with the corresponding software program design,To design the real-time battery management system that to monitor the power battery working state based on MCU.
