Carrying too much load and bending moment and speed may lead to the failure of bearings.In order to avoid fatigue or the failure phenomenon caused by the bearing stress concentration,the contact analysis of angular contact ball bearing is very important.The static and quasi dynamic contact characteristics of the angular contact ball bearing is analyzed.Combined with statics analysis theory and the dynamics analysis theory,The solution of loads of the largest bearing ball is put forward under the radial loads,axial loads and combined loads.Then,we can get the contact stress and strain,contact angle,stiffness.The statics and quasi dynamics finite element model are established in ANSYS and the distribution and the transformation law of the contact parameters under different loading ways are explored.The simulation results are consistent with theoretical values.It is revealed that the model and boundary conditions are correct and rational.In statics analysis,the influence mechanism is studied when the bearing is under the radial loads,axial loads and combined loads.In quasi dynamic analysis,angle contact ball bearing contact analysis is implemented to study of channel curvature,load and speed,structure parameters on the influence of the contact stress.The relationships between parameter of rotary roll than,a sliding rate of cage and the stiffness with a series of dynamic performance of the bearing is displayed.Combined with software Visual basic and ANSYS,the software of bearing is developed.The analysis in this paper is suitable for the bearing in not only low speed but also high speed operating condition.It will provide an engineering analysis reference for the design and application of rolling bearings under complex loading conditions.
