Low temperature cracking is a common pavement disease in seasonal frozen area,which seriously affects the service life of asphalt pavement.From component perspective,the main reason for cracking of the asphalt pavement is the light components of asphalt volatilized and converted into other substances in production and service stage due to the effects of aging,which lead to the proportion of components change,then the pavement performance decline,under the action of external load and temperature stress,cracking or loose spalling failure occurs.At present,how to improve the cracking or loose spalling failure of asphalt pavement in seasonal frozen area has become a widespread concern.This study is mainly based on the proportion of light components to the total quality of asphalt,explore a new way which can continuous supplement the light components into the asphalt during the aging process,reduce the probability of occurrence of asphalt road disease,so that the road performance of asphalt mixture can be improved.A kind of light component pre filled filler was invented,then the influential effect of light component pre filled filler on the low-temperature performance of asphalt mortar was analyzed,and the working performance of this filler was evaluated.A large number of the micro pore structure will be produced in the oil shale waste due to the high temperature during the crude oil refining process.This study takes the oil shale waste residue as the carrier,then the light components are pre implanted in it to form the light component pre filled filler.There are two kinds of asphalt in the test: one is CNOOC 90# asphalt,another is SBS modified asphalt which is prepared based on the CNOOC 90# asphalt.According to the loss ratio of the light components of the asphalt after the long-term effects of aging,a method is determined which equivalent to the standard long term aging simulation experiment(RTFOT+PAV)and a large number of asphalt mortar samples can be got by this method,then combined with the ability of the oil shale waste residue to absorb the light component,the proportion of light component pre filled filler in the asphalt mortar was determined.According to the principle of equal volume,the dosage of the ordinary limestone filler in the contrast experiment is determined.The two kinds of asphalt and two kinds of mineral powders were mixed respectively to prepare four kinds of asphalt mortar.The softening point,ductility,beam bending test,bending creep test and low-temperature bonding strength of the four kinds of asphalt mortar has been quantitative tested,the performance of the light component pre filled filler was evaluated based on the general performance parameters of asphalt mortar,the ultimate bending failure strength and strain of asphalt mortar,the ultimate failure parameters and fatigue failure parameters of the bending creep stiffness variation ratio m of asphalt mortar,and the low-temperature bonding strength.Test results show that: the light component pre filled filler can weak the effect of aging on the asphalt property parameters,improve the performance of asphalt mortar,which is a simple and feasible measure of anti-aging of asphalt.
