Ming-style furniture,as a gem of Chinese national culture,embodies the precipitation of Chinese culture in the long river of history,and gathers the wisdom and blood of generations of scholars and craftsmen from Tang and Song dynasties to the Ming and Qing dynasties.From social thoughts to molding,the perfect fusion and thoughts are backed up by the perfect prominence of the creator's aesthetic sentiment.The modern people have a memory of National culture,which paves the way for study of Ming-style furniture.It is given how to syncretize the furniture with the best cultural carries and the home environment closest to the heart of modern people,so that the traditional furniture and the aesthetic sentiment that implied in the artifacts can satisfied the public aesthetic demands,at the same time,it can preserve the spirit of traditional culture well.In this case,it also can be inherited and eternal in everyday life.This thesis combed and analyzed the designer,design ideas and design environments behind Ming-style furniture;analyzed and summarized the aesthetic sentiment hidden in Ming-style furniture;lighted on a ground place between the aesthetic tendency presented in modern homes and the aesthetic sentiment embodied in Ming-style furniture products,expounded the realistic value and guiding significance that they present after their fusion.Furthermore,the thesis show the modernist "study corner".It not only expresses the aesthetic perception of traditional Ming-style furniture in the design,but syncretizes the modern home product design concept,writing desk,chair and display desk combined into one product.This expresses the viewpoint of the researchers.At the same time,the article show the design process and the final design of "study corner" series of works,and has a look and reflection of further.How to achieve the "aesthetic sentiment" of Ming-style furniture in the modern home product design integration,to achieve modern homes products with the aesthetic sentiment of Ming-style furniture which exists value in the current living context,and promote the essence of Ming-style furniture heritage,is the original intention.
