Research On Traffic Flow Prediction On Urban Roads Based On RFID

RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)is a kind of automatic identification technology,through the radio frequency method for non-contact two-way data communication,can identify and obtain the relevant data.In the area of transportation,RFID has a wide range of application prospects.Entrances of living quarters,workplaces and car parks are equipped with RFID detectors.Each key node of road network,will also install the appropriate RFID detection station.In the daily work and leisure entertainment travelers should form a certain travel habits and laws,through the RFID detection network can get each driver's history and real-time travel information,by analyzing these laws can make forecast traffic flow better.First,the RFID data is preprocessed.Failure in the transmission or storage of RFID data can result in data redundancy,errors and deletions,detection and analysis of raw RFID data,and cleaning of data,which can greatly guarantee data quality.After the data cleaning is completed,this paper further divides the massive RFID data by time aggregation and stores in the order of time,and also considers the different changes of the traffic flow in the working day and the holidays and the peak hours of traffic,Separate classification storage,for the traffic flow analysis and prediction to provide a strong data protection.Secondly,the traffic flow is predicted based on the similarity of the data.The traditional forecasting method is more inclined to use historical data to predict,rarely considering the real-time traffic flow state and the driver's path selection habits,resulting in its prediction results tend to deviate from the actual changes in traffic parameters.In this paper,the RFID-based traffic flow forecasting method utilizes the traffic parameters that can't be used in the past,and has high accuracy in the prediction of short-term traffic flow and can adapt to the fluctuation of traffic flow.Taking into account of the real-time traffic flow data,the historical traffic flow information,and the driver's historical path selection probability,it is more realistic and higher accuracy,also meeting the traffic information service requirements.Based on RFID technology to obtain travel chain information,this paper used travel chain to predict traffic flow.Today,many of the work sites,parking lots,leisure and entertainment places are equipped with RFID detectors,road network,each key node will also install the appropriate RFID detection base stations,the RFID detection network can be real-time to get each driver's travel OD,And the driver in the daily work and leisure entertainment will form a certain law of travel,that is,travel chain,people's travel habits and the shortest path of the tendency to jointly affect the formation of the chain,through the RFID technology can get each The travel chain information of the vehicle can be used to predict the traffic flow of each section through dynamic traffic assignment based on the travel chain information of each vehicle.
