The production site is the product production and manufacturing sites,it also can provide production service,the place is mainly used to complete production tasks,it is the direct source of benefit,the site also has various problems in the production of information at the same time.Therefore,the site management is scientific and reasonable will be able to intuitively reflect the business situation is good or bad,and enterprise efficiency directly linked.The main function of site management is to ensure the operation of production and activities of enterprises smoothly,management is directly reflected in the enterprise's production,quality and cost and so on,therefore,the development and implementation of site management activities should be scientific,reasonable and effective,It also can mutually and combined with production management.In this paper,based on the theory of the 5S field management,we choose the B Ginseng Processing factory as the object of improvement,B Ginseng Processing factory is a small private enterprises,the main products are red ginseng,sun dried ginseng,American ginseng,forest ginseng etc.At present,it is found that the field management in the production workshop is confused,the working environment and cleaning are poor,and the personnel quality should be improved.Therefore,the study selected packaging and production workshop of B Ginseng Processing factory as the main improvement object,the implementation of 5S management in the core departments,each department can learn the good methods.It can make 5S site management carry out step by step.It hoped that management can improve production efficiency and reduce cost,reduce waste on the packaging and the whole factory.This thesis is mainly based on 5S management theory as the foundation,combined with the implementation of the use of the work research methods,5W2 H question technology,processing rebuild theory to improve the original production factory packaging process problems and using the related methods to solve the work environment,improve the quality of personnel and production management mode of factory processing ginseng production and packaging for the overall improvement,the final aim is to achieve the implementation of advanced science and management,improve production efficiency,reduce production cost.Hope that through the research and improvement to make 5S management in factory B who achieved certain results,and provide the reference value on the basis of 5S site management but also for other small and medium private ginseng processing factory improvement.
