There are more and more pipe-jacking projects which cross the existing ways and Jinan has got more than 30 ones crossing the Jingshi Road.However,many projects get sedimentation of different degrees even collapses in work process when crossing the existing ways for which we need take back filling and rebuilding and a huge waste of money comes into being as a result.This paper concentrates on the influences on the stability of subgrade of urban roads caused by pipe-jacking projects for the pipe-jacking projects can create surface deformation and have an influence on the existing roads.With the help of ANSYS,this paper analyzes the influences of pipe-jacking projects on the soil deformation as well as the influences on ground surface through modeling analysis.At the same time,the influences on the stability of subgrade are also be studied comprehensively.The concrete research contents are as follows:(1)The effect of pipe jacking on soil deformationStudy the form and regularity of surface deformation caused by pipe jacking construction.Analyze the causes of soil deformation caused by pipe jacking construction,including soil disturbance and formation loss.(2)The effect of pipe jacking on the surface on Numerical SimulationThe numerical model was established by ANSYS software.Study the influence of the force,formation loss,friction,casing thickness and diameter on surface deformation.(3)The effect of pipe jacking construction on the stability of urban subgradeOn the basis of the above research,join the urban road model.Analyze the influence of force,friction and formation loss on the stability of existing urban roads.Based on the field practice of the tunnel construction of Dahanyu West Road in Jinan,this paper studies the problem of surface subsidence and puts forward the corresponding control measures,ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
