With the contradictions between the increasing car ownership and the shortage of global oil supply and with the trend of technology development characterized by lowcarbonization,informationization,intelligence in the world automobile industry,new energy automobile becomes a new hotspot in the universities and research institutes.Hybrid electric vehicle has significant advantages in being green and low carbon and is still in the initial stage of development at present,so it becomes one of main development directions in world's largest automobile enterprises and has become one of strategic contents strongly supported by China's government in order to realize Chinese automobile industry's corner overtaking.In this paper,the theoretical study is combined with the practical engineering and take the driving control system of the TTR parallel hybrid electric logistics vehicle as the research object.The research of PMSM direct troque control theory is carried on and the vehicle's control strategies of driving system are made.Finally,the simulation platform verifies and evaluates the control effect.The paper mainly completes the following work:1,the paper introduces research background,research significance and research status of TTR HEV and analyzes the classification,energy saving mechanism and key technology of hybrid electric vehicle.2,Direct torque control theory of permanent magnet synchronous motors is studied.The paper builds the model of motor controller to verify PMSM DTC strategy based on the voltage vector switch table and finishs optimized control model of PMSM DTC strategy based on SVM.3,The paper studys and builds the vehicle's driving control strategies,mainly including mode division,power distribution and dynamic system's coordination control strategy based on FGS.And the paper offers detailed instructions about the inherent logic of the strategies.4,By the MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape block,the paper builds the dynamic model of TTR HELV,including the driver,engine,electric motor,gearboxs,clutch,body,wheels,etc.5,This paper introduces the hardware equipments in the development process,and sets up the goal operating conditions.By the simulation model,the effectiveness of the driving control strategies is verified and analyzed.
