Power grid is an important transmission channel of electrical power.Electrical energy saving of Power grid is an important part of China's energy-saving work,an important technical and economic indicator of an electric power enterprise which reflects the designation production and operation level of its power grids.It is also an important mark of measuring its technology and management level.At this stage,China's power grid construction has a big problem,that is,the backbone network of extra high voltage backbone is weak,as well as the distribution network.Because of the wide range of distribution network and the complexicity of network structure,electric energy loss is relatively high,accounting for more than 50% of the power grid loss.So the potential of power saving space is obvious.Electrical energy loss rate in China is relatively high compared with the developed countries in the world,in which would have a great potential for energy saving.Power distribution network serves directly to customers,thus,reducing energy loss and improving power quality are important to an electric power enterprise to its social benefits.To reach the advanced level of energy loss rate is one of the core management content of a modern electric power enterprise;it's also the necessary conditions for the electric power enterprise survival and development.Therefore,how to reduce the power distribution network energy loss rate effectively has become the important issue of research at home and abroad.In this paper,firstly,the construction scheme of intelligent integration platform is proposed,and the appropriate reactive power compensation and reactive power compensation device are selected,and the expected technical index is proposed.A distribution network energy management platform is designed,and then combined with the engineering design,to realize the energy saving and optimization system in engineering application,which lead to distribution network reactive capacity of intelligent,precise compensation.All these study can reduce electrical energy loss on transmission wire and power transformer,increase the power factor,and improve power supply efficiency.The energy saving and optimization system of the distribution transformer station has an effective energy saving result under engineering estimation,as well as a good engineering effect and application value.
