With the rapid development of economy,improvement of people's living level,the living environment of comfort are improved,including the original buildings and new buildings are used in air conditioning systems,especially many public buildings use a large amount of air conditioning system.The use of air conditioning system in providing comfortable work for human life and the environment at the same time,increase bring the building energy consumption of air conditioning system.The problems of large power consumption,the characteristics of part load operation time.During part load operation,the end of the system the flow rate can be less than the design flow,so according to the output change of chillers load demand,and the corresponding change of pump The flow rate can significantly reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system.This paper describes the basic concepts of variable flow air conditioning system,principle and types of variable flow is more energy efficient,this system can better adapt to the development of the modern architecture.Analyze the performance impact of flow change on the water chiller,introduces the chiller total energy equation;energy consumption calculation method is discussed from the traditional constant speed pump water pump,variable flow conditions and provide a theoretical basis for the analysis.On the basis of a hotel project,selection of high load time air conditioning system 40%,50%,60%,70%,80% conditions were calculated with variable water volume,variable temperature,variable water temperature under the condition of energy consumption of the pump,chiller energy consumption,total energy consumption,energy saving rate and the variation of the COP system;energy consumption analysis of different variable flow regulation,the optimum operatingconditions.On the basis of variable flow air conditioning system energy saving analysis,put forward the corresponding operation strategy.Analysis of the operation data of the pump under the actual working condition,the pump efficiency is low,the improvement scheme is proposed to replace the small lift pump,in order to reduce the energy consumption of air-conditioning system.The development of different load rate under the condition of the pump speed adjustment range,the system of COP as the evaluation index,the optimum operating conditions.In energy consumption of the system and system of COP as the index,running 7 degrees Celsius temperature,the lowest energy consumption system,COP is the largest.The conclusion of the Study on the similar building air conditioning system at part load and variable flow operation has a certain reference value.
