At present,the acoustic temperature field reconstruction technology as a non-contact on-line measurement method,in the air,ocean hydrothermal vents,power plant boilers,silos and other occasions have great prospects for application.In this paper,the virtual instrument technology are established for 2D/3D temperature field reconstruction method,with 16 channels based on 2D/3D simulation and design of system layout and the measured area of the actual temperature field reconstruction is introduced and analyzed in detail.In order to solve the problem of strong reflection wave interference in the surrounding environment of the system,this paper presents a method to measure the acoustic wave propagation time.The results show that the proposed algorithm can still obtain stable acoustic propagation time under the influence of strong reflection wave.In order to solve the problem of low sampling rate,the cross-correlation interpolation method is used to reduce the sampling interval of the system and the stability of sound propagation time is further improved.Based on the comparison of typical temperature field reconstruction algorithm,the radial basis function and singular value decomposition are used to reconstruct the temperature field.According to the simulation results,the layout of the acoustic transceiver,the method of dividing the pixel,the shape parameter of the radial basis function and the regularization parameter of the noise suppression are determined.The system is used to reconstruct the temperature field.In the reconstruction of the 2D temperature field,the measured area is 1.19m?1.19 m,and the electric field is set up in the central,upper,lower,left and right five positions to carry out the single hot spot temperature field reconstruction experiment and the experiment of double hot spot temperature field reconstruction is carried out by placing two electric furnaces.The reconstruction of hot spots are consistent with the actual situation of hot curve reconstruction with the change of temperature.It is approximate linear rising slowly,and finally tends to be stable,which is consistent with the reality.The measured area of the 3D temperature field is 1.19m?1.19m?0.45 m space,and the reconstruction position of the hot spot is consistent with the actual situation.The designed system can reconstruct the temperature field in real time and can reflect the position of the heat source and its temperature rise correctly.
