Temperature measurements are important to monitor the boilers,the atmosphere,and the oceans.The temperature field measurement methods are generally divided into contact method and non-contact method.Non-contact temperature measurement method is that the measured object does not make contact with the measuring object,then through a certain method to obtain temperature values.Acoustic method temperature measurement is a non-contact temperature measurement method,which has advantages of measuring temperature in a wide range and simple operation.In recent years,many scholars used it to monitor the temperature of the granary,and has made remarkable achievements.In this paper,the temperature field of soybean is studied by the principle of acoustic method.Under the experimental conditions,the measurement system has been established and lays the foundation for future practical application.In this paper,the temperature field data acquisition and processing system is described from hardware and software.Then uses the time delay estimation method based on combining fast correlation combine with up-sampling to deal with the collected data and acquires the acoustic travel-time of each path.Under the experimental conditions,the system is applied.Through the research,it proved that the system is easy to operate and has a good stability.It also can achieve the desired target.In this paper,introduce several traditional reconstruction algorithms.Then it is that the firefly algorithm and adaptive bird swarm algorithm are used to reconstruct the temperature field of soybean.is proposed.Then uses the Tikhonov algorithm to reconstruct the temperature field with different pixels.It proved that the temperature field is divided into 4x4 pixels is reasonable.Different interpolation algorithms are studied.It proved that the reconstruction method of 'V4' is better and the visibility is higher.The firefly algorithm and adaptive bird swarm algorithm are used to reconstruct the temperature field of soybean.Then the whole temperature field will be acquired.Through experiments select the parameters of two optimization algorithms.Compared with the traditional algorithms and the results of different algorithm reconstruction is measured by error analysis.It proved that the firefly algorithm and the adaptive bird swarm algorithm has better stability and higher precision.The reconstructed temperature field with adaptive bird swarm algorithm is more accurate and takes less time than the firefly algorithm.
