| As the constant changes of market environment and the rapid development of global economic integration,competitions among enterprises have become more and more furious.Because of the shorter delivery time,improving product quality,and the increasing pressure of reducing costs and improving service,the original single production has been unable to adapt and satisfy consumer demand,which makes the various enterprises at the supply chain come to realize that,only with the union with other enterprises and complementary advantages,as well as playing the core competitiveness of enterprises,shall the enterprises adapt to the new competitive environment and stay winning.The FAW-G Corporation as a subsidiary of China FAW Group Corporation,mainly provides logistics and distribution business to automotive companies,which is equivalent to the material transfer station of connecting the auto parts maker to the vehicle manufacturer.As the wide range and huge quantities of auto parts,the inventory management and material distribution of auto parts is very complicated.The traditional logistics management concentrates on the connection with function departments like manufacture,purchase,and sales,which leads to the department-ism,and the disability of the formation of an optimized entire supply chain.As the refinement of the business of auto factory in the new background of times,there are more and more business crossings between departments.And the cooperation between supplier and auto factory is more than that in logistics.3P-Workshop,as a more efficient cooperation method,is able to gather all the involving departments in production,and discuss and prove the demand of each department,so as to maximized satisfy the demand of each department on the base of reducing the production costs in the entire production part.Innovation improvement and standardization are the two wheels of advancing the level of production and management.Innovation improvement is the engine of promotion,and standardization is the engine of efficiency.Without standardization,there is no efficient production.Standardization work is the premise of spot view management,as well as the base and proof of spot improvement.Standardization work is the base of spot efficient improvement of production rate,and of work succession managed by supervisors,as well as of operation project of improvement.Achieving the ‘3W’ is to deliver the needed thing to the needed place at the needed time,which orders a clearly strict standardization system program to make it come true,otherwise,avoiding waste and improving production rate are non-sense.Standardization work is the guarantee to carry out ‘3W’,and the promise to build a favorable service image of an enterprise.As a reason of result,making an efficient and reasonable standardization work is significantly meaningful to erase production rate and reduce production costs for enterprises.This article uses 3P-Workshop to analyze and optimize the logistic project of TPS,and quantifies and analyzes its improvement effort,basing on the management theory of TPS,considering the 331 model process project of Bora assembly shop.There will be making standardization work chart and JOB card,standardizing employs’ operations,and optimizing stocking production and logistic planning project.Using the Milk-run method,we’ll solve the gathering supply problem,and make sure the assembling line work well.With the operation and improvement of series methods and theories,the balance of logistic supplement and the improvement of working efficiency of machine and people,as well as the reduction of logistic costs will come true. |
