Reservoir operation is reasonable and effective control of the reservoir,so as to give full play to the role of flood control and irrigation efficiency.The reservoir operation chart is simple,convenient,easy to use and it is one of the most commonly used tools in reservoir operation.Reservoir operation chart drawing method is numerous,the most commonly used method is the representative year method.At the design stage we found that operation chart draw by representative year method needed artificial modification to make it better because of the length of runoff data and stochastic rainfall runoff.The shortcoming of routine operation chart also lies in the fact that it does not take the forecast information into account,which leads to the fact that it is impossible to make the most reasonable decision.In this paper,taking Huanren Hydropower Station Reservoir as engineering background,the paper first studies the drawing method of annual regulation reservoir.The methods of drawing operation chart mentioned in relevant specification are worlds apart.This paper compared operation chart draw by methods mentioned in “?GB/T 50587-2010? Design for operation of reservoir”,“ ? DL/T 5015-1999 ? Specifications on water conservancy computation of hydroelectric projects”,“?SL 104-2015?Regulation for water conservancy computation of water projects” and long series of methods.In the process of drawing,it is found that the application conditions of different methods are different,and the characteristics of each method are analyzed and summarized.On the basis of this,an improved method based on long series method is proposed.The improved method takes full account of the characteristics of runoff in the north of China,and tries to solve the problems such as the unreasonable partition of the output area,the arbitrary modification of the schedule,and no clear correction principles.The definition of the guaranteed output area and the reduction output area is more in line with the requirements of the design assurance rate,and the improved method can provide different combinations of reducing output,guaranteed output and power generation assurance rate.This method under different damage coefficient performs better.Annual average generating capacity is more than other methods.Design guarantee rate is much better than other methods when damage coefficient is less than or equal to 0.8.This paper offers a reference for the similar characteristics of runoff regulation of hydropower station(reservoir).Then,this paper combines the scheduling chart and the medium-term runoff forecasting information to draw a three-dimensional operation chart,and shows it in two dimensions.Through finding out different influential factors,this paper use multiple linear regression method to get runoff forecast equation.Test results show that the prediction method meet the requirement and forecast information is valuable to use.This paper combined the runoff forecast information with the improved operation chart before to get the forecast operation chart.The runoff volume is the horizontal axis and the reservoir water level is the vertical axis in this chart.Through a long series of test,found that compared with the conventional scheduling graph prediction scheduling graph can greatly increase the average generating capacity,reduce nearly 50% of the abandoned water and improve the flood control capacity.As the conventional scheduling graph is more conservative,the water level of the reservoir is controlled at a high level,so the design assurance rate decreases slightly.At the end of the paper,the author makes a summary of the whole thesis and puts forward some suggestions to improve it.
