Shotcreter is widely used in railway road construction,subway mine roadway,and sprayer hydraulic system of high,and low pressure switch valve block is the key to the efficiency of pumping hydraulic components which is directly related to the flow structure of the pumping system.The loss of hydraulic pressure and the loss of energy.In this paper,the flow path of the valve block of the hydraulic system is optimized,and the optimal value of the valve block is optimized.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the characteristics of the flow channel structure of the hydraulic system valve block of the sprayer are introduced.The main reasons of the pressure loss are analyzed based on the structural characteristics.The method of reducing the pressure loss is put forward and studied according to the present situation at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the theory of fluid mechanics,the causes of local loss of pressure loss of valve block flow are analyzed,and the method of reducing local pressure loss is put forward.Thirdly,Fluent simulation analysis of three different shapes of the valve block of the hydraulic system of the sprayer is carried out.For the typical “ vertical combination“ flow channel,“n-type combination“ flow channel and “reverse parallel combination “ And the optimal combination structure is obtained.The influence of the direction of the tool nose angle,the degree of the tool nose angle and the angle of the tool nose angle is analyzed to determine the influence parameter.Fourthly,based on the orthogonal design method,the parameters of the valve block flow channel are optimized and the results of the analysis are obtained,and the parameters of the valve block are optimized.Finally,the structures and parameters of the valve block flow control system are summarized,which provides a reference for the reduction of the pressure loss of the hydraulic system of the sprayer.
