In the days of great development of traffic construction, a mass of middling and smallspan prestressed concrete bridges were constructs.These existing prestressed concrete bridgespresented many potential safety troubles such as scratch and cracks after several years ofoperation.There are many reasons which can be summed up in the heavy loss ofprestressing.Prestresssd steel beam is the key force elements of the prestressed concretebridge structure,the prestress loss directly affects the bridge durability,structural strength andservice life.Detection on the effective prestressed steel beam,assessment and safety checkingof prestressed concrete bridges have important practical significane,so the article starts of thistopic.This article rely on hangzhou highway bureau research projects"prestressed concretebridge detection technology application research", application of wire rope tension tester forprestressed concrete Bridges under construction key effective prestressed steel beam, Throughreal bridge test for detecting effective prestress technology improved test methods, and putsforward improvement Suggestions for wire rope tension tester.Through the steel anchor beam,the installation of the pressure sensor is anchorage retraction value too large steel beamprestressed cable is less than the design value is one of the main factors.
