Research On Public Communication Space Of Traditional Villages In Taihang Mountains Hinterland South Of Hebei Province

As the representative of Chinese agricultural civilization,the unique formation process of traditional villages was influenced by natural environment,historical culture and human behavior and psychology,which possessed more human and nature friendly public communication space.With the development of society,as the carrier of agricultural society economical activities,the villages are impacted by modernization at some degree.Many villages are developed by improving land utilization rate and building modernizations,at the same time,the places which can show rural humanities were neglected – public communication space.Many researches were carried out in academia about the buildings,spaces,materials,decorations and so on of traditional villages.However most of them were targeted on the interspace or building themselves,which focused on the form and composition of physical space.There had been a deficiency of researches of human behavior and public communication activities carried by the space in traditional villages.In respect of the issues above,the research was conducted on traditional villages in South Hebei Tai-hang Mountains– public communication space in Wangjinzhuang.The research started with the development of public communication space in traditional villages to explore the formation process of human friendly public communication space in traditional villages.In which spatial entities were deeply explored – the effect of human behavior and feelings on public communication space.Secondly study was carried on public communication spatial form of traditional villages in hinterland of South Hebei Tai-hang Mountains,locating the generality of public communication space of traditional villages in this area.At last,based on the integral space,streets and lanes space,node space,courtyard space and so on,public communication spatial sequence was explored of traditional villages in South Hebei Tai-hang Mountains.Furthermore,rationalization proposal was brought forward about the protection and development of public communication space in Wangjinzhuang.So as to make the public communication spatial form in Wangjinzhuang protected and developed.
